Is it actually real silk?
Most "Satin" pillowcases on the market are actually 100% Polyester (plastic). They trap heat and make night sweats much worse. Ours is 100% Grade 6A Mulberry Silk.
- The Test: We encourage you to perform the "Burn Test" on a spare thread from the inside seam. Real silk smells like burning hair and turns to crushable ash. If it smells like plastic, it’s fake. We have nothing to hide.
Does it really stay cool during a hot flush?
Silk is a natural heat regulator. Unlike cotton, which absorbs heat and stays damp (the "cold sponge" effect), silk allows air to circulate.

Think of "Momme" like thread count, but for silk. Most silk pillowcases are 16 or 19 momme, which are thin and tear easily.
