1. Scope & Delivery Regions
At Ceceloom we aim to ensure every order reaches you smoothly and on time. This Delivery Policy sets out our delivery terms, processing times and your responsibilities when placing an order.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or overseas territories. International delivery (outside the UK) is not available at this time.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day following payment confirmation. “Business days” exclude weekends and UK national holidays. After dispatch, standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes approximately 3 to 4 business days, though timing may vary depending on location, carrier performance or other external factors.
During peak periods (e.g., promotional periods, holidays) or in the case of unexpected carrier delays, delivery times may be extended; we will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Delivery Costs & Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery for all orders of £50 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of £3,99 will apply and will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.
All prices and fees are shown in £ (GBP) and include any import duties, VAT or other external charges unless clearly indicated.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link, enabling you to follow your parcel’s journey until delivery. If you do not receive your delivery confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support at support@ceceloom.com.
5. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues
Upon hand-over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. We are not liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery services, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours or your local postal office. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you to trace the parcel.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. If we cannot deliver because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
7. Packaging & Sustainability
We pack your order securely and responsibly, using recyclable materials wherever possible. Our commitment to sustainability means we constantly seek ways to reduce waste and improve our packaging.
8. Your Rights & Legal Essentials
This Delivery Policy is to be read alongside our full Terms of Service and Returns & Refund Policy. According to UK consumer law (for example the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Rights Act) you have certain rights regarding delivery, cancellation and returns.
