Two Simple Measurements
1. Underbust
Place the tape just under your bust, level and snug (not tight). Note the measurement in inches.
2. Full bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your breasts, arms relaxed. Note the measurement.
3. Determine Your Cup Size
Once you have both measurements, subtract your underbust from your full bust. The difference in inches shows your cup size.
Example: If your underbust is 36" and your full bust is 39", that's a 3" difference, so you're around a C cup.
4. Determine Your Band Size
Use your snug underbust measurement
Example: If your underbust is 34" and your cup is C, you're a 36C.
