Sleep Comfort Starts with the Perfect Fit

Our Sleep Bras are designed for sensitive breasts and menopause-related changes. Finding your size is the first step to a more restful night.

Two Simple Measurements

All you need is a soft tape measure and two numbers.

Step 1. Measure your Underbust

Place the tape just under your bust, level and snug (not tight). Note the measurement in inches.

Tip : Breathe out naturally to get your most accurate "relaxed" measurement.

Step 3. Determine Your Cup Size

To find your cup, calculate the difference between your Overbust and your Underbust measurements.

The calculation : Overbust - Underbust = Cup Difference

Example: If your underbust is 36" and your overbust is 39", that's a 3" difference, so you're around a C cup.

Step 4. Determine Your Band Size
Use your snug underbust measurement.

Example: If your underbust is 36" and your cup is C, you're a 36C.

Still Unsure?

What if I’m between sizes?

We always recommend Sizing Up for the ultimate comfort experience.

Example : If you hesitate between a 38A and a 38B, choose a 38C. This provides a "Relaxed Fit" that accommodates bloating and prevents any digging in.

I have a Fuller Bust (E, F, G cups). Will this support me?

Yes! Our specialized "Fuller Bust" range is engineered to provide gentle, wire-free support. While it is not a high-impact sports bra, it provides the gentle stability our DD++ testers rave about, allowing you to settle into a deep, uninterrupted sleep.

My weight fluctuates during the month. Which size should I choose?

Our ultra-stretch fabric is designed specifically for this. Choose the size that fits your "fullest" day. Because it's unpadded, the bra will simply follow your shape on smaller days without gaping.

What if one breast is larger than the other?

Always fit for your larger breast. Our soft fabric will naturally adapt to the smaller side for a seamless look.

What if I still get the size wrong?

No stress. We offer a 60-day risk-free guarantee. If it doesn't feel like a second skin, contact us for a full refund.

Why are size guides so different from one brand to another?

It’s the #1 frustration for a reason: there is no global standard. Most guides are wildly inconsistent—a size 12 in one shop fits like a 10 or 14 in another. At Ceceloom, we’ve moved away from generic "brand sizing" and calibrated our patterns to actual professional UK measurements. We don't base our sizes on "tiny people" or unrealistic models; we base them on real bodies like yours.

My measurements say one thing, but I’ve always worn another. Who is right?

Sizing is often subjective and fails to account for breast shape and tissue distribution. Two women can have the same measurements but completely different shapes—some tissue sits wider toward the armpits, while some is more projected.

  • Our Solution: We’ve engineered deeper cups and used 90% Modal fabric.
  • The Result: The fabric is shape-adaptive, meaning it contours to your specific build rather than forcing you into a rigid, "standardised" mold that gapes or digs in.

Will the fit change after washing?

A common fear is that fabric changes after a few washes, losing its shape and support. Unlike cheap synthetic materials or Nylon, our high-quality Modal is chosen for its structural integrity. It is designed to maintain its "True-to-Size" fit and soft texture, wash after wash, so you don't end up with a bra that "never fits the same" after a week.

How is your band calculated?

Many brands use the "Plus 4" myth—adding four inches to your underbust measurement—which usually results in a band that is too loose and unsupportive. Ceceloom bands are designed to match your actual ribcage measurement. This ensures the band stays level and provides the 80% of support that should come from the back, not the straps.

Do you cater to sizes like small backs with large cups?

Absolutely. We know the frustration of only being able to find "boring colours and old lady styles" once you go above a certain cup size. We specifically include ranges for small bands (starting at 30) and fuller cups (up to K), because everyone deserves a bra that is both comfortable and beautiful, regardless of their build.
