Returns & Refund Policy – UK
At Ceceloom, your comfort and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased through our online store in the United Kingdom. If more than 60 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you are within this period and your item doesn’t suit you — for any reason — you may return it.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It should be returned in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase inside the parcel. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to an unauthorised address.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. All items — including those purchased on sale or using a discount code — are eligible for refund or exchange, provided they meet the return condition requirements and are not damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are refunded, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and considering shipping insurance, especially for items valued over £50. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Processing of Returns & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and to notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund within that timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your card provider. Delays may occur before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@ceceloom.com so we may assist you further.

Free Exchange

We offer one free exchange per order. If you need a different size or colour, please contact us at support@ceceloom.com with your order number. Once your original item is returned and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement to you at no additional cost.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift-card code will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Your Legal Rights

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to a refund, replacement or repair if goods are faulty, mis-described or not fit for purpose. Moreover, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases in many cases.
