How to Measure Your Bra Size
If your body has changed (and whose hasn't?), here's how to check your current size in 2 minutes. Be gentle with yourself.
You'll need: A soft measuring tape, a mirror, and no bra (or your softest one)
Step 1
Band Size
Wrap the tape snugly under your bust, parallel to the ground. Breathe normally. Round to the nearest inch.
Example: 36 inches = band size 36
Step 2
Bust Size
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust without squeezing. Your breasts deserve gentleness.
Step 3
Cup size
Bust size − Band size = Cup size
